Buffalo Cauliflower "Wings" with Creamy Ranch Dill Dip

Next time you're throwing a party, having friends over, or just need a snack try out this recipe! It's delicious, easy, and vegetarian. To our vegetarian friends, we have your back :]

This recipe will help you get your daily veggies in, while satisfying snack cravings. 


1 medium head of cauliflower, chopped
1/2 c buffalo wing sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's)
1 tsp garlic powder
2 T olive oil
1/2 c sour cream
2 T pickle brine
2 t dill weed
2 T ranch seasoning

Mix cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt if desired. Spread on a baking sheet and bake @ 425 for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, toss cauliflower with buffalo sauce and bake for another 7-10 minutes, or until the cauliflower begins to brown. For the dip, combine sour cream, pickle brine, dill weed, and ranch seasoning. Serve with celery on the side!
