Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping on all of our orders to the United States. However we do not currently ship to HI, AK, USVI, or PR.

All online orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Your order will arrive within 2-4 business days of shipment, barring US observed holidays. Please refer to your tracking information for the specific delivery date.

We cannot ship to HI, AK, USVI, PR, or anywhere outside of the USA at this time. If you are in any of these locations email us sales@sidaribrands.com and we can setup a custom order. Thank you!

Returns and Refunds

If your shipment is not defective or damaged, we cannot accept returns of your product given that it is a perishable food item. If anything breaks or this is a problem with your order, we'll replace it or give you your money back. If your package arrived damaged, email us at info@sidaribrands.com and make sure to include photos of the damaged item.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the receipt of product.
