Bacon & Pickle Deviled Eggs

With the big game coming up, we want to share some snack/appetizer recipes that will take your game-day parties to the next level.

Today we're taking a deviled eggs to the next level, with pickles and bacon. Check out the recipe below!


3 slices of bacon
8 hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 T pickle brine
2 T chopped Randy's Pickles of choice
2 T chopped green onion for garnish
1 t mustard
salt & pepper

In a frying pan, cook the bacon until fully done. Once done, set aside on a paper towel to cool. Once completely cool, crumble the bacon. Next, cut each egg lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place in a separate bowl, reserving the whites on the side on a plate. Mash the yolks with a fork, then add in mayo, bacon, pickles, brine, mustard, salt, and pepper. Once fully combined, scoop about 1 T into the egg white halves and garnish with extra crumbled bacon and green onions.
